Description:
Women sitting outside in a parking eating their lunch, they head back into the basement of the Boston Center for the Arts where they are doing construction work. Interview with a woman about what she is learning, more footage of women doing construction work, and an interview with another woman about her motivation to do this work. Mix of sound and silent.
