Description: During the gasoline crisis in the 1970's some station owners restricted sales to regular customers only. In response to this tactic and several others, Federal Energy Director William F. Simon prohibited station owners from discriminating against certain customers. This story is about how gas station owners are responding to this new regulation. Interviews with owners of gas stations who are upset by the law that stops them from serving "regular customers only."
