Steve Herrell, owner, peels bananas and purees them. Customer places order. Ice cream is squished with “mix-ins.” Interview with Herrell on FDA labeling regulation to list natural and artificial ingredients. Comments on using only pure ingredients and non-fat dry milk instead of casein substitute. Label on quart container.
