The riots began at the annual Puerto Rican Festival in Blackstone Park when the police came in to stop a fight and dozens of people were injured and arrested. Footage includes a building on fire at night, damaged storefronts, the interior of looted stores, police in the street, a woman being interviewed by the police in her damaged apartment, and men boarding up windows.
