Tsongas to resign

Description: Paul Tsongas holds a press conference, announcing that he will resign his Senate seat for health reason. His wife, Niki Tsongas, is at his side throughout, as are his two sisters and his brother in law. Speaker of the Massachusetts House of Representatives, Tom McGee, stands behind him.
