Reporter explains Braniff's trademark - brightly colored planes, leather seats, flying routes other airlines do not. Braniff plans to use Boston as its gateway to European air travel.

He is requesting a larger operating budget. He discusses the work done by the MBTA and their attempts develop a better relationship with the advisory board.
