Royal Bolling, Sr. speaks against the procedure of having separate hearings for proponents and opponents, and gets in an argument with the Committee Chairman. Description: Governor Sargent speaks at Women's Lib hearing, promising to work to end discrimination against women in the workforce. Woman addresses hearing, explaining pay discrimination she witnessed and experiences at the Boston Redevelopment Authority before she quit and began working at the Municipal Women's Project.
