Woman gives pills to a nurse and the nurse escorts McKay (in prison clothes with a towel on her hair) down the hall and into an office to ask questions. Nurse asks about medical history, takes McKay’s blood pressure and temperature, and administers an exam behind a screen. McKay sits at a table with another woman and begins to eat food.
