Leader: P1 Locks Repair #9280 7/8/74; Charles River Locks damaged by a barge closed that section of the river trapping boats on either side. Silent footage of the locks, boats moored at the Winter Hill Yacht Club. Interviews with a man about how long it will take to get the locks repaired and with a man who's boat is trapped by the broken locks. Roger Goodrich reporter standup.
