Riot - Black Stone Park

Description: Story #1200. Silent footage of the neighborhood around Blackstone Park after several days of riots. The riots began at the annual Puerto Rican Festival in Blackstone Park when the police came in to stop a fight and dozens of people were injured and arrested.
