Exterior of Boston State College Administration building. Interview with women who have locked themselves in the switchboard office in protest of gender discrimination within the school. Interview with a man from the university. Interview with a student that thinks there should be a Man's Center if there is a Woman's Center. Reporter standup. Interview cutaways, a list of the women's demands, a meeting with university officials and students, interviews with a woman and a man who don't agree with the protest. Mix of sound and silent.
