Description:
Dressing room of Boston Ballet. Young dancers prepare for dress rehearsal of Nutcracker. Put on costumes, makeup, place hair in buns, practice steps. Male solo, then duet on stage. Then ensemble dances and curtain closes. Dancers and others linger backstage. Principal ballerina says it is very crowded backstage because of scenery and difficult to make quick entrances and exits.
