Description: "Leader: "P! BHA Death Demo #8053 4/29/74"; Boston city officials meet with protesters after a nine year old boy, Alfonso Johnson, was found dead in an elevator shaft in the Mission Hill housing project. Protesters with signs enter the state house. Crowd chants "we want the mayor!" Boston Mayor Kevin White answers questions from the crowd. Angry crowd yells at city officials and move to the main city council chamber to wait for the Mayor. Protesters question a different man about the broken elevator and other unaddressed maintenance issues in the Mission Hill housing project. Interview with a woman about Mayor White's past promises to fix the inhumane conditions in the housing projects."
