Description: Silent footage of hearing at the State House on state employee benefits. Speakers include the president of one of the State Unions, a teacher, and a man who is willing to go on strike. People holding signs and chanting "11% for food and rent" outside the State House and in the lobby. Police eject people from the State House, some of them fight back. One women fighting with the police and trying to get back into the building. A man calls for a march around the state house. People marching. Police lined up and the crowd marching by.
