Headmaster tells how building was originally designed, furnished and equipped to be new Barnes Middle School, but revised court order for next phase of desegregation mandated a technical and vocational curriculum for grades 7-12. School will specialize in computers, environment, electronics, medical and aviation training, in partnership with MIT and Massport.
