Interview with resident Joe Lacey; says biggest problem is rampant drug dealing, especially at 2 Brandon. Dark, filthy, dilapidated interior of hallway and vacant apartment. Interview with female resident with ten children plus grandchildren who says no one cares about atrocious conditions at the development; reputation of the residents is undeservedly tainted by crime and neglect there. Calls it a dumping ground from which no one can afford to move.
