Description: Big wooden spools of heavy cable resting on ground. Tilt up to Warner Cable satellite dish. Technician puts on hard hat, slides van door closed, climbs ladder and utility pole in Medford. Tags and bundles wires and trims snap ties. Another technician on ladder installs cable wires on outside of house.
