He holds up a snapshot of a man painting hate graffiti against Anita Bryant. Phillips says “I believe homosexuality is a disability to be overcome rather than a right to be protected…we are all creatures of god.” They both espouse banning gay people from teaching jobs. Phillips announces security has received a bomb threat and the room should be evacuated, but no one leaves.
