Firefighters

Description: Leader: P1 Firefighters #9291 7/9/74; 70 fire chiefs from Boston sit in desks and listen as a man from the Mayor's office, Richard Kelliher, outlines the school busing plan. Mary McKay reporter standup about a meeting between the Mayor's office and the Fire Department to coordinate operations around the busing plan that will begin in the fall. Fire Commissioner James Kelley, Fire Chief George Paul, and Kelliher answer questions at a press conference about how they are working to ensure that fire operations do not interfere with the school bus routes.
