Ceremony for new correction officers, including three women. One woman speaks about working with male guard not replacing them. Silent footage of interview with man. Exteriors of the Plymouth County Court House in Brockton. Man speaks about Massachusetts Department of Corrections' position on which jobs women can be assigned. Women correction officers assert their capability to do the jobs and work within the system. Attorney Siskin, who filed a suit against female correction officers, speaks about the differences in physical capability between men and women. Additional silent footage of people speaking to the press and of the ceremony. Additional footage from interview with Attorney Siskin and press conference with after the ceremony with female correction officers and Department of Corrections Commissioner (sound gets a little out of sync in master, but was fixed for web video).
